Who Joins The Inner Circle Leadership Council

Qualifying criteria.

The Inner Circle Leadership Council is selection-based, not application-based. Matteen and his team invite founders who already meet these.

✓Active member in good standing. Inner Circle tenure of 6–12 months minimum.
✓Alignment with Matteen's mission. Lived alignment with HD, Astrology, and Numerology principles.
✓Consistent engagement. Present in workshops, community, and content — not in name only.
✓Capacity to hold space. Time, presence, communication, and emotional steadiness for others.
✓Invited, not applied. Selection by Matteen or assignment by his team.
✓Confidentiality. A commitment to hold what is seen behind the scenes.
✓Willingness to train. Complete required facilitation and modality training before holding rooms.

Is this an application or an invitation?+

An invitation. The Inner Circle Leadership Council is selection-based — Matteen and his team identify founders who already meet the criteria. You're not applying for a seat; you're accepting one that's been offered.

What's the difference between this and the Inner Circle?+

The Inner Circle is the membership. The Inner Circle Leadership Council is the inner ring within it — a smaller group that gets priority content access, private gatherings with Matteen, and the responsibility of leading sub-groups and shaping what comes next. Less perk, more post.

What is actually required of me on the Council?+

Presence, confidentiality, and a willingness to be trained. You'll complete required facilitation and modality work, hold space for a sub-group when assigned, and show up to private Council gatherings. The ask is real — that's the point.

What modalities will I train in?+

Facilitation and group dynamics first. Then deeper work in Human Design, Astrology, and Numerology. Upcoming modalities include Gene Keys, Chinese Zodiac, and Vedic Astrology — Council members get first access to each as they're rolled out.

How does public recognition work?+

Once approved, you're listed on HumanCharts.com and recognized across Matteen's platforms as a Council member. Recognition is by approval — it follows the work, not the title.

Can I step back from the Council later?+

Yes. The Council is a living group — seats are held by the people actively stewarding them. If your season changes, you remain in the Inner Circle in good standing. No exit penalty, no friction.

What if I'm not sure I'm ready?+

Then say so. The Council works because every seat is held by someone who chose it with eyes open. If the timing isn't right, the invitation can be held — but it's not extended lightly, and it isn't extended widely.
